Why am I not able to see any sections in the store?
You need to be approved by the admin first. Once your account is verified and approved, full store access will be unlocked for you.
How long will it take for my account to get approved?
Approval time depends on the accuracy of the information provided and the verification process. It usually takes 1–3 working days.
Is there any way I can check the status of my account?
Currently, there is no online status checker. You will be automatically notified via email as soon as a decision is made.
