Custom Apparel Terms & Conditions
FAQS:
- Lead time is determined by the order, a lead time is provided after receiving your quote. Custom orders require a minimum of 6 weeks post sample approval.
- Cut and sew orders take time - we use a high end/delicate production process. We are not a screen print shop! :)
- Custom orders with Sunkissedcoconut tags: 50 unit minimum.
- Custom orders with private labeling : 150 unit minimum.
- Once a deposit is made, Custom Cut and Sew orders cannot be cancelled.
- 20% deposit of your order total is required before starting the sample process. If you cancel your order this cannot be refunded.
- If you send us a design that is copyrighted by another company and we are unaware of this.You must accept the repercussions if that company takes action.
- There are no returns for these orders.
SUNKISSEDCOCONUT STANDARDS:
- We do not work with boutique owners who communicate negatively with our customer service and employees. We do not tolerate any customers who threaten disputing their purchases and leaving bad reviews to get their way. We simply do not need to work with boutiques like this. Our product is in high demand, and we prioritize like-minded customers over difficult boutique owners. If this were to happen all current orders and future orders will be canceled.
