Terms & Conditions

NOTES:

  1. Open sizing for all designs. 
  2. 6 unit minimum for decorated designs.
  3. Lead times: 2-4 weeks sometimes sooner for already decorated items that have no pre-order date.
  4. Ship dates and pre order dates are subject to change at anytime 

CANCELLATIONS:

  1. Once an order is placed, a customer has 24 hours to reach out to our customer service team via email, wholesale@sunkissedcoconut.com with a written request for cancelation.
  2. All cancelation requests after 24 hours  of placing the order, may not be accepted by Sunkissedcoconut 

RETURNS OR DAMAGES:

  1. There are no returns for wholesale orders.
  2. If you receive a damaged product, a claim must be made within 14 days of delivery. No refunds for damages can be issued after 14 days past delivery.

SHIPPING & HANDLING / DELIVERY:

  1. UPS Ground for domestic shipments and UPS Standard for international shipments.
  2. Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and size of package.
  3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if the courier has marked your item as delivered or if the courier holds your item at your request.

  4. Returned to Sender: All packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties or VAT, etc. will result in a refund of purchase, minus return shipping cost.

SUNKISSEDCOCONUT STANDARDS:

  1. We do not work with boutique owners who communicate negatively with our customer service and employees. We do not tolerate any customers who threaten disputing their purchases and leaving bad reviews to get their way. We simply do not need to work with boutiques like this. Our product is in high demand, and we prioritize like-minded customers over difficult boutique owners. If this were to happen all current orders and future orders will be canceled.

UNPAID INVOICES AND BALANCES:

  1. If you have received multiple emails regarding outstanding invoices or balances and have not responded after multiple attempts, you may receive a notification from our customer service team indicating that we may escalate your account to collections.

By purchasing our wholesale designs via faire, fashiongo, our website, or trade shows, you agree to our terms & conditions stated above.
