Terms & Conditions
FAQS:
- Open sizing for all designs.
- 6 unit minimum for decorated designs.
- Lead times: 2-4 weeks sometimes sooner for already decorated items that have no pre-order date.
CANCELLATIONS:
- ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A 10% CANCELATION FEE BASED ON YOUR ORDER TOTAL. THIS APPLIES TO ONLINE, FAIRE, AND IN-PERSON TRADE SHOW ORDERS.
RETURNS OR DAMAGES:
- There are no returns for wholesale orders.
- If you receive a damaged product, a claim must be made within 14 days of delivery. No refunds for damages can be issued after 14 days past delivery.
DELIVERY:
- We use UPS and occasionally USPS
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if the courier has marked your item as delivered or if the courier holds your item at your request.

Returned to Sender: All packages unable to be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties or VAT, etc. will result in a refund of purchase, minus return shipping cost.
SUNKISSEDCOCONUT STANDARDS:
- We do not work with boutique owners who communicate negatively with our customer service and employees. We do not tolerate any customers who threaten disputing their purchases and leaving bad reviews to get their way. We simply do not need to work with boutiques like this. Our product is in high demand, and we prioritize like-minded customers over difficult boutique owners. If this were to happen all current orders and future orders will be canceled.
